I'm a product designer based in San Francisco bay area. I have over ten years of experience in UX with products such as WhatsApp, Yahoo and Samsung. I have delivered more than fifty products with over a billion people using them everyday. During this time, I met a variety of users whose perspectives taught me to fine-tune the creation of more effective, user-friendly designs. I have learned that it’s very important for a designer to deeply understand what users care about when designing and creating new features and product for the market.

Facebook Shops is a mobile-first shopping experience where businesses can easily create an online store on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. I led conversational shopping experience from catalog, cart, and payment flow.
WhatsApp Business Onboarding, Tools
WhatsApp Business is built with the small business owner in mind. Connect with your customers easily by using tools to automate, sort and quickly respond to messages. I led business tools entry flow to help small and large businesses provide customer support and deliver important notifications to customers.
WhatsApp Business Lossless Migration
Migrating WhatsApp to the business app might be complicated for businesses. I have designed one tap - worry free migration flow to get easy on boarding.
WhatsApp QR Code
QR code is making it easier than ever to add a new contact. Soon when user meet someone new, user will be able to scan their QR code to add them to contacts. No more tapping in their digits one at a time. It also appied to the Businesses. Scanning a QR code will open a chat with an optional pre-populated message created by the business to start the conversation. With the app’s messaging tools, businesses can quickly send back information such as their catalog to get the conversation going. I led all design flow from the scratches.
WhatsApp Sticker
From emoji and camera features to Status and animated GIFs, I was always looking to add new features that make communicating with friends and family on WhatsApp easy and fun. After a successful launch, billions of users are using it every day.
Live location
Live location allows you to share your location in real-time with family or friends. Whether you're meeting up with friends, letting loved ones know you're safe, or sharing your commute, Live Location is a simple and secure way to let people know where you are. I led the user experience design to create a simple, easy-to-use product that works everyone.

Yahoo NFL live stream
The project included creating a seamless live streaming experience to NFL fans all around the world.
I led the design across all platforms, including iOS, Android and the Web. More than 33 million users watched the game and it made internet history.
Yahoo News Digest android
The application provides a definitive summary of all the important, need-to-know news in a compact manner.
It received 4.5 stars and great feedback from its users. It was named “Top 10 Best News App” and “The best app of 2014” from Google.
